The Gym Workout That Will Crush Your Legs

While short and efficient workouts are my jam, and I believe full body workouts are the way to getting bomb results the most effective way--sometimes you just crave that really intense leg workout at the gym. The combo of short + efficient, mixed with a really hard gym one every now and then can be just what you need to keep things fun sometimes!

  • A1-RDL (Romanian deadlift) x12
  • A2-Bulgarian split squat x10 R/L

Complete 4x and then move onto the next set

  • B1-High box step ups x12 R/L
  • Stability-ball hamstring curls x15

Complete 4x then move onto the next set

  • Reverse lunge x12 R/L
  • Cable pull through x15

Complete 4x then move onto the finisher

Finisher

Set a timer for 10 min and complete as many rounds as possible:

  • 10 jump squats
  • 20ft crawl
  • 10 alternating jumping lunges R/L
