How Your Workouts WIll Be Run

Welcome to your workouts, babe! On the first of each month your new workout calendar will be unlocked here! You'll have one new workout plan each month. Each new program with it's own set of videos + instructions.

You'll repeat the same workouts each week, increasing your weight and getting excellent at each move.

The BIGGEST issue I've come across with women is that they don't have confidence in the gym, with that knowledge--I didn't want to throw brand new moves at you each week, making you even more nervous for each workout.

The goal with this approach, is to actually progress in a manner that you can see and measure. Getting stronger each week, being able to note your weight increases with the dumbbells you're using (if you're using them). So instead of mindlessly going through a new workout daily, you're getting stronger, faster and more efficient with each day. 

Every month will present new challenges and workouts--enjoy, be safe and let's rock it the hell out.
