The Most Simple Baked Meal

I'm all about the meals that take literally no time at all to put together and cook. Simple is my middle name and this meal fits that perfectly.

How:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Slice sausages of choice (any protein would work)
  3. Add cut sweet potatoes
  4. Add in fat of choice (I added butter but you could use olive oil)
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  6. Cook at 40 for 2-30 min or until sweet potatoes are cooked through!
