Favorite Ways To Practice Self Love:

  • Respecting my boundaries. Knowing that In order to be my best self, I have to honor all parts of me. This means saying no to things sometimes.
  • Self love mantras and complimenting myself. What we think we believe, so I tell myself that I am whole on my, that I love myself and that I am beautiful..because I choose to be.
  • Date myself. I do things that fill my heart with joy. I go to eat out alone sometimes, spend all day at the bookstore, get my eyebrows done, see a movie alone. I find solitude on my own, not needing another person to validate my existence.

Ways I Stay Healthy Outside Of The Gym:

  • Meditation
  • Honoring my body through food that fuels me and agrees with my body
  • Oil Cleansing my face (I buy a premade mix at a store in Clintonville called: Boline Apothecary)
  • Oil Pulling (for whiter teeth and better gum health/better sleep etc)
  • Essential Oils (I use them for cleaning, relaxation and sleep)
  • Not surrounding myself with toxic people/relationships
