Lunch/Dinner :

-Shredded chicken lettuce wraps

- Spinach salad topped with strawberries +goat cheese +shredded chicken +nuts

-Lemon Pepper tilapia + roasted zucchini

-Fish tacos + greek yogurt as sauce

-Spaghetti squash pizza topped with goat cheese + peppers + ground beef/meatballs

- Shredded chicken with lime rice + peppers
